The Democratic Caribbean Caucus
Opens the First Democratic Get Out the Vote Campaign Office for a National Election. Come meet our Democratic candidates and enjoy Caribbean refreshments in Homestead, Florida on August 8, 2004.

After the August 31st primary election, the DCCF will support the slate of Democratic Party candidates for the November 2nd General Election.  Please return here on September 1st to see who we are supporting.

With the rapid pace at which the DCCF is growing a need to be proactive in communications with the media has grown as well.  The DCCf Board has created a Media Committee and has asked me to be the Chair; I am both pleased and honored to assume this role for the DCCF.

Haitian Americans Can Count on Democratic Party Support

On March 24, 2004, an article written by Paul Barthole, Vice-chair of the Haitian Community Services of South Dade, titled “Reclaim Haitian-American Loyalty” was published in the Miami Herald.  The essence of this article was concern that the Democratic Party was not being sensitive to the current situation in Haiti.
